•  Flexible Deposit Policy: Your $20 deposit should be made via Zelle to (themercyseatbeauty.com). This goes towards the total cost of your appointment. 

• Your total at the end of your appointment can be made via cash, zelle, venmo, or cashapp.

•  For our TMS DELUXE clients, your entire payments can be made when you arrive for your appointment. To enroll text (512) 801 0246.

• If you are a NO-SHOW to your appointment, with no notice or communication, you will be invoiced a no show fee of $50

• Our  salon booth is located at 7756 Northcross Drive Austin Texas inside ( Wild at Heart Salon)

• You will receive your appointment  confirmation via email or text . Please include these details when paying your deposit. (Full name)

• All pricing include braiding hair in the color of your choice. PLEASE SPECIFY THE COLOR YOU WANT.

  • Client is to provide their own hair for the following hairstyles; Sew-ins, ponytails, Zoe Kravitz braids, french curls and BOHO Styles.

• Please indicate any extra changes in (ADD-ONS)

• For Boho Styles please provide your own curly hair.

• Filming and pictures will take place during your appointment. Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to have your pictures or footage taken.

• If you experience any dissatisfaction with the final results of your hair, please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to amend any valid defects up to 5 days after your appointment or provide a  15% refund, as an alternative.

• Verbal abuse or profanity will not be tolerated, and could result in your appointment being cancelled.

• By agreeing to photos or videos being taken during your appointment, you also consent to The Mercy Seat Beauty LLC using and sharing this content for promotional and marketing purposes, including on our website, social media platforms, advertisements, and third-party websites or media channels.
